Focus FM has recently completed the successful Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health design and handover of a high end fit out of the 8th floor of Nations House, which will form the new offices for the Group Executive of a renowned department store.

The design elements of the fit out were of a high specification reflecting the client’s requirements for their head office.

Focus FM’s involvement included the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health design as well as a review of the installation, ensuring a smooth project handover. Focus FM worked closely with Gensler Architects and the design team to provide a co-ordinated solution to meet the architectural aspiration.
