Focus FM provides Term Consultancy for CBRE at the redeveloped landmark Edwin Lutyens Grade 2 listed building. The building is just under 160,000 square feet of prime office and retail accommodation. 

Our work on this property is primarily the regular monitoring and auditing of the Mechanical and Electrical Services term contractor’s maintenance and reactive activities. This ensures that correct procedure is followed for all maintenance activities whilst maintaining legislative compliance throughout.

Focus FM also oversees all technical and engineering related issues which may arise, ensuring that these are handled comprehensively and providing coherent professional advice to the client. This ranges from attending major service activities to inspecting specified plant and distribution systems.
