Focus FM was appointed to provide Term Consultancy Services for a client at their landmark building, in the Paddington Basin area of London. The building is just under three hundred and fifty thousand square feet of prime office accommodation.

Principally our work on this property is the regular monitoring and auditing of the Mechanical and Electrical Services term contractor’s maintenance and reactive activities. This helps to ensure that all statutory, mandatory and routine maintenance activities are carried out accurately and to the required specifications whilst maintaining legislative compliance at all times.

Focus FM also manages any technical and engineering related issues that become apparent, ensuring these are dealt with efficiently and comprehensively across a broad range of service activities.

Focus FM has undertaken a pivotal role in delivering feasibility reports, specification, procurement, contract administration and project management.
