Focus FM was appointed to provide Term Consultancy by Colliers International at their landmark headquarters office and retail development of 450,000 square feet in Victoria, adjacent to Victoria Station.
Principally our work entails the regular monitoring and auditing of the Mechanical and Electrical term contractor’s maintenance and reactive activities. This service ensures that all statutory, mandatory and routine maintenance activities are carried out accurately and to best practice standards, with all legislative requirements being met.
Focus FM also oversees all technical and engineering related issues which may arise, ensuring that these are handled comprehensively and providing coherent professional advice to the client. This ranges from attending major service activities to inspecting and advising on specified plant and distribution systems.
