Carried out a Condition Survey following extensive modifications of lift equipment by contractor/service provider. This ensured further rectification works were carried out in order to reduce unnecessary wear and tear on components, prolong equipment life and improve operational performance.

Focus was appointed by JLL to carry out a Condition Survey at this attractive period building situated in a prominent position on the north side of London’s Piccadilly. The building has recently been refurbished to provide prime office, retail and residential accommodation in London’s busy West End.
Our work on this property involved performing a Condition Survey, following the recent modification works, to provide an additional entrance at the mezzanine level. As part of the service we ensured all project works were executed correctly in accordance with the specification and that routine activities were carried out accurately and to the standards necessary, whilst maintaining legislative compliance at all times.
