Focus FM provides Term Consultancy for Savills at 5 Aldermanbury Square, the landmark city office building designed by Eric Parry, completed in 2007 and providing Grade A office accommodation over 18 floors. The building is just under 200,000 square feet of prime mixed-use accommodation.

Primarily our work on this property is the regular monitoring and auditing of the Mechanical and Electrical Services term contractor’s maintenance and reactive activities. Our role is to ensure that best practice procedure is followed with respect to all statutory, mandatory and routine maintenance activities.

Focus FM also oversees any technical and engineering related issues that become apparent, ensuring that these are dealt with effectively and offering sound professional advice to the client across a wide range of service activities.
