Focus FM was appointed to provide Services Term Consultancy for London & Regional Properties at their redeveloped landmark building, the former Marks and Spencer’s headquarters in the West End of London. 

The building is just under one million square feet of prime office, retail, leisure and residential accommodation.

Principally our work on this property is the regular monitoring and auditing of the Mechanical and Electrical Services term contractor’s maintenance and reactive activities. This helps to ensure that all statutory, mandatory and routine maintenance activities are carried out accurately and to the required specifications whilst maintaining legislative compliance at all times.

Focus FM also manages any technical and engineering related issues that become apparent, ensuring these are dealt with efficiently and comprehensively across a broad range of service activities.
