Bush House, Aldwych, comprises four historic buildings in the Strand Conservation Zone in the centre of London.
Focus FM was appointed to complete the tender process including compiling the asset registers, selecting contractors to be invited to tender, conducting tender interviews and producing tender analysis formal reports.
Due to the size of the portfolio and each property being unique with regards to design, age and statutory compliance, a preliminary inspection was carried out within each property. This enabled a focused approach and ensured that any issues pertaining to the correct and legislative operation of the building services was addressed.
This tender process was additionally challenging as the four properties are complex and all of the buildings were still building sites at the time of the asset register production.
