Focus FM has recently completed the Cat A works to the 3rd floor at One London Wall. The works included the return of all areas to Cat A in accordance with BCO best practice, including new lighting throughout.
Our close relationship with the building management team and our understanding of how the building operates meant that we were able to undertake these works with minimal impact on the existing tenants.
Focus FM’s involvement included the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health project as well as review and management of the works on site to ensure smooth handover to the building management team.
